Relics
This is a monochrome botanical series inspired by the Parkinson’s disease with which I live.

Using locally sourced botanicals, I explore the ongoing changes that this degenerative disease continues to bring to my body. The stiffness of the botanical mirrors that which I experience daily. The softness of the washi paper on which I print shrouds my losses, now faded relics.

The series has been exhibited in Toronto and Ottawa, and a book was produced.
